EXCELLENT Based on 971 reviews Posted on Olga CamachoTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Tour guide Brian was excellent! Great and relaxing experience. Great way to connect with nature!Posted on Christina Vander PolTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great excursion with Javier! We ended up with a 1:1 tour so Javier took his time to point out all kinds of wildlife while we paddled through the mangroves. We saw manatees, dolphins, alligators, comb jellyfish, and numerous species of birds. It was also really helpful to receive education about the history and ecology of the area.Apparently we were pretty lucky to get Javier as a guide instead of his brother! I definitely recommend this tour!Posted on breanna nicoleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Terrence and Jeremiah were our tour guides. They were so informative and knowledgeable about the area and the tour itself. You can tell they both take their time to research things before just talking about it. You leave with an understanding about the history of the land, the animals, the water, and everything in it. It was amazing the say the least. A fun fact that I learned that night was that the creator of avatar took two years of studying the bioluminescence waters of Florida before making the movie. I thought that was cool because I adore the movies! I loved the jelly fish and also getting to see the horseshoe crab! We were very thankful for the awesome pictures they took too! We will be back in August, and hopefully get the same guides!Posted on SunshineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Great daytime kayak tour with Terence who was great company and very enthusiastic about the wildlife, plants and history of the area. He catered to our confidence level on the water, and since it was just our group, adapted the tour accordingly. Unfortunately, bad weather shortened our tour alittle but not before Terence took some good photos of us and we laughed getting wet in the rain. We would recommend this company as they were accommodating, professional and very interesting.Posted on Tara TroutTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Javier for the great experience! Not only did we see dolphins, all kinds of birds, cone jellyfish, and an amazing sunset you also provided us with hand warmers when we were cold. Above and beyond!! Thank you!Posted on Maria FritzTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The kayaking with manatees was spectacular. Our tour guide, Terence, shared interesting history about the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge and was very accommodating throughout. Five stars!Posted on Anthony PerezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing evening with Terrence (Uncle Carrot) and Jose. We did the bioluminescence comb jelly fish evening tour in a rare Florida cold snap of 47 degree weather! But it was a breathtakingly beautiful tour. Terrence and Jose were full of Jokes and amazing history about prehistoric Florida! Not only did we get to see the Comb Jelly Fish lovely glow, but also we were lucky enough to see Conch, Horseshoe Crabs, and even have dolphins swim mere feet away from us! All while being under thousands of stars that glistened on the water. This was an absolutely incredible experience and I would highly recommend anyone to try this even if the weather is freezing! Terrence and his Brother made our evening incredible making sure we got to see so many incredible wild life, and kept us in good spirits with their humor and charm even when our toes were numb! We will definitely be going again for the plankton tour with hopefully a bit warmer weather next time xDPosted on Dawn BarkerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Javier was AMAZING! The tour was breathtaking and Javier was so knowledgeable about the wildlife. It was truly a memorable experience. I will certainly be back for more tours!Posted on Kristin DankTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Brian was our tour guide and was absolutely amazing. We had 3 kids (age 12, 9 and 5) with us and we haven't really ever kayaked before so he made modifications for us newbies and definitely tweaked the route we took to accommodate the kids and our skill level. It was perfect! We went last week (February) so not the "best" time of year for bioluminescence but we were still able to see it due to Brian's excellent knowledge of where to find them. The kids each caught a comb jellyfish and one caught a shrimp and we put them in a jaw temporarily to see them swim and light up. He explained their lifecycle and was extremely adept at keeping it simple and engaging for the kids. We saw a ton of horseshoe crabs on the beach and we heard (and Brian explained) about the drum fish and the horseshoe crabs and other wildlife we saw. We even got to see a wild dolphin (again, Brian knew where to go!) and see night herons! This kayak tour was the best part of our entire florida trip in my opinion. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and patient with the kids and our lack of experience and did a great job making this a memorable part of our vacation. Highly recommend and definitely would do it again!
